Which age is it for?
Napiko fits kids aged about 3–10 years who can sit up on their own. It is not for babies or children under 3.
Is it safe in a car seat?
Napiko is a comfort pillow for naps. It has not been crash-tested and it is not a car-safety product. In the car, use it only for children who sit in a booster seat with the adult seat belt.
The seat belt must always lie flat and directly against your child's shoulder and chest. Never route the belt over the pillow, and never use it with a 5-point harness or an infant car seat.
Napiko is a comfort pillow, not a safety device. Do not place it between your child and the car-seat harness or straps. Not for babies under 3. Always supervise sleeping children.
How long is delivery?
5–7 business days. Your pillow ships from our production partner in China, and we email you a tracking link as soon as it's on its way. Shipping is free and there are no customs fees for EU customers. Shipping details
Can I wash it?

What if my child doesn't like it?
No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund — that's our happy-sleep guarantee (the legal minimum in the EU is 14 days). Return shipping is on us — just email [email protected] before sending anything back.
