Returns & 30-day guarantee

If your child doesn't love their Napiko, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and return shipping is free. That's our happy-sleep guarantee. (The legal minimum in the EU is 14 days — we give you 30.)

How to return

1. Contact us before sending anything back at [email protected] with your name and order number (from your Stripe receipt). You can also use the model form below, but you don't have to.
2. We reply with the return address and a prepaid return label.
3. Send the pillow back within 14 days of telling us. Please return it clean and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Return postage

We pay for return shipping. Please don't send the pillow back without contacting us first: we email you a prepaid label, so returns sent without one may not reach us.

Condition

You may handle the pillow as you would in a shop to see if it fits your child. If it has been used beyond that (for example, it is dirty or damaged), we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Refunds

We refund the full price, including any original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal message. We may wait until we have received the pillow back or you have shown proof that you sent it, whichever is first. We refund to the same payment method you used, at no extra cost.

Faulty or wrong item?

Email us a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, at our cost. This is covered by your 2-year legal guarantee, separate from the 30-day guarantee.

Returns address

We email you the return address together with your prepaid label.
